We give every buyer a 14-day right of withdrawal, wherever you live. For consumers in the EU, this is the statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Simon Marko Johan – PromptLab, Magnus-Niedermair-Str. 11, 89407 Dillingen a.d. Donau, Germany, email: simonjohan06@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don’t have to.

You can also withdraw using our withdrawal function: tap “Withdraw from contract” at the bottom of any page, enter the required details and tap “Confirm withdrawal”. We will immediately confirm receipt by email, including the date and time.

You can also declare your withdrawal to Link, which handles the payment as reseller (support.link.com, reason: “withdrawal period”).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement. Your access to the full version ends with the withdrawal.
